Manila, Philippines - The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 29,711 out of 84,287 (35.25%) passed the Nurse Licensure Examination given by the Board of Nursing in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Ilocos Sur, Iloilo, La Union, Legazpi, Lucena, Nueva Ecija, Pagadian, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last December 2010 .
The members of the Board of Nursing are Carmencita M. Abaquin, Chairman; Leonila A. Faire, Betty F. Merritt, Perla G. Po, Marco Antonio C. Sto.Tomas, Yolanda C. Arugay and Amelia B. Rosales , Members.
The results of examination with respect to two (2) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination.
Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2011-2014. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination in Manila as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be held before the Board on Monday and Tuesday, March 14 and 15, 2011, with morning (8:00 A.M.) and afternoon (1:00 P.M.) sessions at the SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City. All must come in their white gala uniform, nurse’s cap, white duty shoes, without earrings, hair not touching the collar and without corsage .
Oathtaking tickets for the National Capital Region (NCR) and nearby regions will be available at the Philippine Nurses Association (PNA) at 1663 F.T. Benitez Street, Malate, Manila, from February 28, 2011 on a “first come first serve” basis. Online Priority number is required to avail of tickets. Please logon to http://www.nurseoathtaking.net. “No Online Priority Slip, No access to tickets ”.
All regional oathtaking schedules will be posted in the BON website: www.bonphilippines.org .

Bukas na!!! Ndi na ako makakain, makatulog. Kinakabahan ako ng sobra! Ndi ko alam kung bkit pero sobrang umaasa ako ngayon. Sa dalawang naunang take ko, ndi nman.As in, pagktapos ng exam ndi na ako umasang papasa ako. Ngaun sobrang umaasa ako. Lord God, sana po para sakin na ito ngaun. Kung ndi man po maiintindihan ko. Masakit man pero ndi ako mawawalan ng pag-asa susubukan ko po muli sa July. Gusto ko pong tulungan ang mga magulang ko, para mkaranas na rin sila ng ginhawa.

Board of Nursing member Marco Antonio C. Sto Tomas said on Saturday that the Board of Nursing is working to release the December 2010 Nursing Board Exam Results on the 20th of this month.
He clarified, however, that the 20th is only a target.

OMG my average grade is a miracle ^_^ 75.0% muntikan nah. 1 point lang mawala bagsak nah. iba talaga pag sinamahan ng sincere prayers.. pinagmamalaki ko yung grade kahit gnun atleast nakapasa 1 take pah. bagsak kong grade np3 at np4 kaya sa mga magtatake palang focus nyo MS lalo na copar wag nyo isa-walang bahala d ko akalain naka 79% pako sa copar eh nawindang ako dun. goodluck sa mga kukuha ng july 2011 board exam stay confident and calm while answering wag mag-over ratio. remember may mga choices na parang pare-pareho lang meaning ipractice nyo mag-eliminate at mag-prioritize ng mabilis, time pressure din kaya practice-practice-practice.. MS lang ang nakababa sakin, kung san kayo weak na subject/topic dun kayo magfocus, pero don't forget to review the basics importante din yan.. goodluck ulit.. also don't forget to pray before and after studying.
ok lang yan, basta naka pasa ka.., ang dami nga namang nurse sa pinas ngayon., ang hirap na mag hanap ng tarbaho niyan..
sa mga NLE passers, lahat ba may record na ng grades sa PRC website? I mean, lahat ba nakita na nila yung grade nila sa website? In my case, no records found pa kasi. I passed the december 2010 NLE
wla na work nursing ngyn.. hnd na gano in-demand sa abroad.. di gaya ng dati..dami ko kilala nurse wla work..hehe.. kala nyo gaya pa ng dati..
