Yari kang SUPERVISOR ka kapag ako ang naging staff mo.. masusubukan natin ang galing mo.. baka sa new technologies and new techniques eh wla kang alam at baka ang pinag-aralan mo eh learnings pa noong panahon ni kopong kopong. marunong ka bang kumuha ng vital signs ng isang tao kahit hindi mo xa nahahawakanor nalalapitan? kaya mo bang mag-inject na hindi ka hahawak ng syringe? well, let see, sana ikaw ang maging SUPERVISOR ko at baka mapanganga ka na lng..
lahat ng profession di binibilang kung saan ka graduate or with high honors ka, nasa actual practice yan. pag nag trabaho ka there you get the real experience of your profession. kaya kayong mga head sa professions, be professional and treat your staff with proper ethics. Am not a nurse but am a head of a kind of profession.
to new professional, the best advice i can give is to be dedicated to your profession whatever compensation you have because in God's time He will give you what's for you. Good Luck to all

hello po sa lahat, well siguro the best thing we could PRAY, wag nalang natin pansinin ang mga negatives comments nila or ni VISOR, dumaan din sya sa proseso ng pinagdadaanan natin ngayon and hope he realize that or kung sino ka man visor hope masaya ka sa mga pinagsasabi mo, instead of saying nonsense things better do ur job well baka kasi one day pumalpak ka sa trabaho lahat ng sinabi mo babalik sayo, sana wag kang ganun kasi nurse ka din , at dapat naging modelo ka sa katulad namin na beginner. I believe walang taong BOBO gaya ng sinabi mo at alam ko di ka perpekto ng ikaw nag aral pa. well Good luck din sayo visor "kuno" pero walang ethics saan ka ba nag aral tsong?? mukhang di ka tinuruan ng maganda ng magulang mo.. mind ur words ok and if u dont have any good things to say better keep ur mouth shut. Di ka magandang halimbawa na Visor.

the supervisor should select her words coz its so unbecoming of a nurse to talk that way, much more to nurses who should be respected as collegues coz they have license too, regardless of how old she is in the profession. she should be a supervisor not a CRITIC in the wrong wrong offensive way.....

one of the reasons why PRC and BON don't release the result immediately because actually the actual passers are more than that they release, and they have quotas, they deliberate how many percentage they are going to produce for a particular exam. kaya kawawa ang pumasa na hindi nakasama sa quota, others they do maybe i'm not sure they do some under the table negotiations especially mga friends ng BON and PRC.
my advice sa SUPERVISOR na nagpost ng BAD comments about newly hired nurses, BAKIT DI KA MAGRESIGN SA PAGKASUPERVISOR MO AT MAG-APPLY KA SA SCHOOL KUNG SAAN GALING IYONG SINASABI MONG WALANG ALM NA MGA NURSE, palitan mo mga teachers dun, at turuan mo mga studyante kung anu tama "PATI PO ANG MAGANDANG ASAL" kung gusto nyo po ng maayos at magandang daan simulan nyo po sa sarili nyo, anu man po nalalaman nyo share nyo, huwag pokayong madamot, MABUTI NAMAN PO KAYONG TAO, alm ko po at alm nyo na nasa mga kamy nyo ang pagbabago, ITAAS NYO PO ANG KARANGALAN AT KALIDAD ng mga NURSES natin dito sa pilipinas... WE HAVE THE BEST NURSES, and YOU ARE ONE of them!PLEASE MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!!! ACT NOW

I'm a proud father of my eldest son who just passed the recently concluded nursing licensure board exam. I work here in dubai as a quality control manager with 29 filipina staff working together with me. I don't see myself as their manager 'cause for me we are all the same. I always share to them my knowledge and they too do the same to me. To the supervisor who doesn't know what humility is... PLEASE BE HUMBLE OR YOU WILL STUMBLE!
sana kung sino man yang supervisor na yan maghunus dili ka!parang ang galing mo na mula umpisa kung manlait parang walang pinag aralan.
